We apologize for any disturbance this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We also want to inform guests that our hotel does not have a elevator, and therefore may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss alternative arrangements. The hotel's location is convenient for easy access to the motorway, and the city center is just a 12-minute drive away. Public transport links are also available from the nearby rail stations and bus stops right outside the property, making it easy to get around Glasgow. Hotel important information: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the group booking policy will be applicable for any booking more than 9 people. Under this policy 10% payment at point of reservation and full payment for all rooms and nights booked will be required at least 6 weeks before the actual check-in date. This is nonrefundable, nontransferable and cannot be amended. If the payment criteria is not met then this may invalidate your reservation. Please note that due to government guidelines, this property can only accommodate key workers at this present time. All other leisure stay bookings cannot be accommodated.
